The day-to-day operation of the Gateway Community Development Corporation (Gateway CDC) is carried out by our dedicated employees working under the guidance of the chief executive officer.

Gateway CDC’s mission is to promote and provide safe and sanitary housing and assistance in developing and implementing programs that promote economic stability and advancement while enhancing lives.

Overview of Contracting/Purchasing

Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Mississippi Regional Housing Authority VI. The Housing Authority lists opportunities to work with us on the procurement of various goods and services, including capital improvement projects, extraordinary maintenance projects, professional or administrative consultant services, office and maintenance supplies, and other services and materials as needed.

All Invitations for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotes or Qualifications (RFQ) are posted here on as needed basis.

Gateway Community Development Corporation is a not-for-profit affiliate of the Yazoo City Housing Authority.

Created in 2005 in response to the shortage of affordable housing opportunities for persons of low-to-moderate income in Yazoo City, the County and other areas around State of Mississippi.

Since inception, Gateway CDC has expanded its scope to include community services to address the social and economic disparities that exist within the immediate communities.

Gateway CDC is dedicated to serving the needs to homeless veterans and low-income families and neighborhoods. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
