If you love working with youth and believe in addressing the core issues facing low-income communities, such as housing, education, employment, crime prevention, and leadership development, join the Yazoo County YouthBuild (YCYB) team as a Mentor and help us prepare Yazoo County youth for success.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to mentor, you MUST:
- Be at least 25 years old;
- Pass a drug screening and background check;
- Serve as a role model and assist students to achieve their goals;
- Complete Mentor Training.
